Established in 1979, our U.S. operation is 2 minutes from the U.S.-Mexico Border in El Paso, Texas, and 15 minutes from the El Paso International Airport. The U.S. facility is the home of our corporate offices. Our U.S. plants contain automated cutting, pillow-filling machines, and a variety of sewing operations. Materials Receiving, Inventory Management, Shipping, and Customer Service are managed in the U.S.

 Asia

MFI actively participates in a partnership in Asia, which dates back to 1995. MFI's partners have factories in Taiwan, China, and Vietnam. Several of the factories are ISO certified. The number of employees in each factory varies from 50 to 1,500. The Asian factories offer full turnkey services. The factories have product competencies such as: bags, seat covers, strap assemblies, juvenile products, pillows, apparel, and gloves. We work closely with our partners to ensure that quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved.

 Mexico

Our Mexican operation was established in 1982 in Cd. Juarez. It is 5 minutes from the U.S.-Mexico Border and 20 minutes from our U.S. facility. The Juarez plant is home to most of our North American labor-intensive manufacturing activities, and it is ISO 9002 certified. Information and telephony systems are integrated to our U.S. facility using broadband and wireless technology resulting in seamless communication and data exchanges.
