Take a look at how other
companies
benefited by using MFI

The relationship between Evenflo and MFI dates back to 1994. As Evenflo’s
preferred outsourcing supplier, MFI currently manufactures Evenflo’s
baby seat covers. The juvenile industry is a dynamic market with constant changes.
New product introductions are quick, and product life cycles are short. MFI’s
flexibility, strategic location, and competitive pricing play a key role in
helping Evenflo execute its business plan.

Sarah Lee contracted MFI’s services to startup a shelter operation
in Juarez, Mexico. The operation was fully automated, capable of producing
1 Million pantyhose per week. MFI’s team of engineers and managers
was fully responsible for installation, maintenance, and optimization
of the equipment and facilities. The facility outperformed Sara Lee plants
elsewhere in terms of quality and efficiency, and was later closed by
Sara Lee due to a declining market demand.

Alaska supplies tent structures to the United States government and other
institutions. MFI provides labor-intensive sub-assemblies made of textile
and vinyl materials. In their selection process, Alaska was looking for
volume capacity, ability to meet government specifications, and the best
pricing in the United States market. Their partnership with MFI has allowed
them to accomplish their goals.

From 1996-1998, a leading provider of consumer products began a series
of short-term contracting accounts with MFI. MFI was chosen because of
its versatility and ability to set up dedicated production lines in a
timely manner. The various activities performed included gluing, folding,
ultrasonic sealing, manual cutting, and packaging.
