In a traditional shelter arrangement, MFI’s
experienced management team works closely with you on defining
all the parameters of the project, the degree of investment
by each party, and a projected budgeted cost to build your
product in Mexico. Once the project and budget are defined,
we will execute on our commitments while ensuring that fiscal
goals are met or exceeded.

In some cases, our clients are looking for partners
who will take an entrepreneurial risk with them on a Mexican
operation. We are open to exploring any type of business opportunity
across various industries. We have successfully managed labor-intensive
operations and automated processes, and we view new products
