CEO and Founder
Lance started MFI to deliver Mexico’s near-shore manufacturing benefits to his clients — faster turnaround, quality products, and lower costs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University’s School of Commerce. Lance is a managing director of Innovei Asia and serves on the board of directors of Innovei Electronics. Married to Cecilia Ochoa Levine, Lance enjoys time with his six children and seven grandchildren. He is also an avid professional photographer.
President and COO
Lawrence’s in-depth insight into every aspect of the company’s operations makes him uniquely qualified to lead MFI’s overall strategy. A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, Lawrence is a member of the Paso Del Norte Group, and the Western YPO (Young Presidents Organization) chapter. He enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, as well as competing in road races and Ironman Triathlon's.
Throughout his career, Larry has effectively demonstrated a hands-on ability to reorganize, streamline, and strengthen existing operations, as well as capitalize on new business opportunities within challenging, competitive and volatile global markets. He is the driving force behind producing innovative and effective results for MFI and its clients on a strategic and sustained basis. Larry enjoys spending time with his family and is always singing at the office.
Vice President of Operations
Jorge is a hands-on leader with broad experience improving diverse operations in bicultural environments, including GE, RCA, Optek and Brunswick Corporation. Organizations he has led have become models of enterprise excellence, and he brings this proven ability to MFI to lead our efforts to enhance our results. He and his high performing team are leading efforts to enhance our results-driven culture and deliver better products at highly competitive costs.
Norma brings 30 years of experience in business leadership, management skill, and performance improvement. Prior to MFI, Norma oversaw operations at Dale Carnegie Training San Antonio. For 20 years she was Plant Manager for Lear Corporation at its Service Parts Manufacturing location, managing all aspects of its operations. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, Norma enjoys yoga, reading, cardio, movies and traveling in her free time.
Director of Manufacturing in Mexico
Daniel has a strong manufacturing background, having worked at GM, VW and other OEMs. He applies this experience with direct oversight of MFI’s Mexico manufacturing operations, and is actively involved in production management, contingency planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. Daniel is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
U.S. Plant Manager
Martin is responsible for the El Paso facility operations, including Inbound and Outbound shipments, Cutting, Production, Quality, and Warehousing. With more than 30 years of experience in the Textile Industry, Martin is an effective strategic planner and facilities manager, with in-depth knowledge of process controls, time studies and costing analysis. He builds strong working relationships with both employees and customers.
Key Account Manager
Paola’s insight of MFI’s sales and operations structure, manufacturing, and U.S. and Mexico operations, has evolved to nurture long term relationships of key accounts, while continuing to un-tap new programs and business opportunities for MFI. Paola holds a bachelor of International Trade, with over 15 years experience in the industry, across food and beverage, international trade services and the textile industry at MFI.
Business Development Manager
David leads a team of business development and NPI engineers in the development of new product quotations, samples, and the NPI process. His background includes operations and distribution logistics management, along with sales and customer service. David has worked with leading companies in the automotive industry, and brings knowledge of process improvement, project management, and operational streamlining in manufacturing environments.
